Merike, yes, we could do that. I feel like that would be a 'workaround' for a design that is hard to read, though. Do you think you'd really be able to work with the visualization on a day-to-day basis? Of course, there are some things we could do to increase readability without losing the 'radar' look, but it still seems wasteful...

willyaranda, thanks for checking and glad you like it!

fishy,
1) The message reader has a reply button on it (if sufficiently expanded?). Or, you can also bring the old toolbar back and/or customize the exptoolbar (I think...?)
2) There was a problem with the JavaScript Mime emitter that was resolved somewhat recently. However, unless you blew away your global-messages-db.sqlite manually, the messages will not have been re-indexed correctly. If you quit Shredder/Thunderbird, delete the global-messages-db.sqlite file, and then start Shredder/Thunderbird again, wait a while for it to index, then you should have non-garbled text.

VLS, hmm... maybe that would make a good templated reply system... ;)

Cool stuff, but after reading this I couldn't help but think of "Radial Dialogue Tree"s.

See: http://www.blizzard.com/diablo3/_images/lang/en-US/ss83-hires.jpg

(might want to note it was 2009-04-01 !)

some problems:
1. no reply button on exptoolbar, so I have to reply a mail by keyboard shortcut
2. in search result, mail body decoding is horrible. Even well encoded UTF-8 mail like this (sent from Thunderbird):
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
will show lots of garbled texts.

It seems that it's not working on beta 2, at least on my es-ES official build.

Using the latest comm-central l10n build, it works! nice and awesome work!

It's refreshing to see data without a table. As for reading text it makes you want to *roll* it as you'd do with a lottery wheel. Could be done with left and right arrows for example.
